Case No. 46 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 341/323/498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of Sri A. K. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhupur. Petitioner is the husband of opposite party No.2, who has filed this case against him mainly under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. It was submitted that parties have settled their disputes to the extent that the infant child is being handed over to the opposite party No.2. It was further submitted that the opposite party No.2 has not sustained any serious injury at the hands of the petitioner. Mr. Pran Pranay, learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the aforesaid fact. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A. K. Dubey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Madhupur, or his successor, in connection with Margomunda P.S. Case No. 46 of 2023. (Ambuj Nath, J.) BS/-
