learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 19 & 20 also endorsed the submission made by the learned senior counsel. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents and on perusal of the pleadings made in this present application, this Court is satisfied that it will be in the interest of justice to condone the delay of 161 days in filing the connected review petition and heard it on merit. Accordingly, the present application is allowed by condoning the delay of 161 days. With the aforesaid directions, the present application is
