AND ORS(2013)14SCR713 and protect the life and liberty of the Petitioners and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the Respondents 3 to 4 to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.07.2025, pending disposal of writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. Aggrieved by the inaction on the part of Respondent No. 3 and 4 who are not taking any action against my representation dated 10-07-2025, against the unofficial respondents arbitrary illegal, contrary to the settled legal position, apart from being violative of fundamental rights guaranteed to me under Articles, 14, 19 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents 3 to 4 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.07.2025 by complying with the directions of Apex Court in the case of LALITA KUMARI Vs GOVT. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not taking any action against the representation dated 10.07.2025 made by the petitioner. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the petitioner has filed a complaint after many days of the alleged incident and the petitioner has not come to the police station for preliminary enquiry. 4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to recourse her remedy according to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
