ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus, to declare the action of the Respondents in obtaining the PT Warrant in new FIRs registered during remand of the Petitioner even in spite of the punishment prescribed for the offences mentioned in the FIR is less that 7 years

as arbitrary, illegal and contrary to guidelines of the Honhle Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs.State of Bihar and violation of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents Police to follow the procedure prescribed U/sec.35(3) of the BNSS while obtaining the PT Warrant against the Petitioner in the new FIRs in terms of guidelines of the Hon'ble Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar Vs.State of Bihar in the interest of justice.”
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Nagendra Reddy,
learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous.
3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
