1. The petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondents in issuing notice before taking up the proposed demolition of the property belonging to the petitioners. 2. The learned standing counsel for the respondents 3 and 4 submits that the existing road ought to be 30 feet wide, however, the residents of Medarametla and Tirumala Residency have encroached on the road portion, as such notices were issued to the concerned residents before taking up the action. 3. Recording the same, the writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the respondent/authorities to take steps for restoring the road portion by following due process of law.
