A report from the Officer-in-Charge of Mazbat Police Station has already been received, wherefrom it is seen that the case has already been charge Page No.# 2/2 sheeted vide Charge Sheet No. 47/2025 dated 30.10.2025 under Section 20(b) (ii)(C)/29 of the NDPS Act. 3. From the submissions made by Mr. Bhattacharya, learned counsel that at the time of filing the present petition, the case was still under investigation. But as the case has already been charge sheeted, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner may approach the learned Trial Court with a fresh application for Zimma, which may be considered in accordance with law. 4.
