and occupy the land which belongs to Visakhapatnam Steel Plant which was acquired for the purpose of Construction of Steel plant and not taking preventive and coercive steps to re- acquire such land from the hands of encroachers as arbitrary, Illegal malaflde violating Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India similarly not providing employment or not allotting land to the petitioners and other similarly placed persons or compensation in lieu of R-card as equally arbitrary, malafide unconstitutional violating Article 14, 21 of Constitution of India and issue a consequential direction directing the respondents to forthwith constitute a committee consisting of various authorities including police and identify unauthorized occupied land of Steel plant by unauthorized persons and further direct the respondents to take back land from the unauthorized persons occupied Illegally and allot the same to the petitioners as well as similarly placed persons and also direct the respondents to provide employment under Rehabilitation scheme or alternatively allot land of Ac.5.00 each to the petitioners and similarly placed persons or pay compensation of an amount of Rs.30.00 lakhs each candidate by disposing the representation dated 29-10- 2012,and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2013(WPMP 17015 OF 2013 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to forthwith constitute a committee to identify the land which belongs to Steel Plant encroached by the private persons un

The matter was listed on 02.07.2025 and at the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, it was directed to be listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. 3. Despite the writ petition being listed today under the caption ‘for dismissal’, there is no representation for the petitioners either in the forenoon or in the afternoon.
