Heard Sri Eswaraiah Chowdary, learned counsel representing Sri V.Tarun Kumar Chowdary, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B V Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. The petitioner made an application vide NLCR250508068157 dated 08.05.2025 to the 3rd respondent seeking conversion of an extent of Ac.0-12 cents in Sy.No.310//11A and Ac.0-11 cents in Sy.No.310/11C totalling an extent of Ac.0-23 cents of Krishnapuram Village, Renigunta Mandal, Tirupati

District. The petitioner also paid the requisite fee. However, the 3rd respondent has not passed any order. 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that the subject properties are required for the formation of a railway line. He further submits that the 3rd respondent will consider Exs.P.1 to P.3 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.
Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing the 3rd respondent to consider Exs.P.1 to P.3 and pass necessary orders within four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order strictly per law.
