The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lariyatand P.S. Case No. 72/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 103/238/61(2)/3(5) of the BNS. 3. The petitioner is women who is accused of participating in the killing of the deceased along with other family members. She is in jail since 25.08.2024. She claims to have no criminal antecedent. 4. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed. 5. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Munger/concerned court Patna High Court CR.
