JUDGMENT:
1. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing,
learned counsel appearing for both sides is present and Sri Phani Kiran.M,
learned counsel for the petitioner has represented through virtual hearing that the case in H.M.O.P.No.140 of 2021, which is pending before the Additional Senior Civil Judge at Chirala has been
disposed of by the Court below on 23.01.2025 and that the cause in the present transfer civil miscellaneous petition does not survive for further adjudication and therefore, the transfer civil miscellaneous petition has become infructuous and requested to close the same.
Learned counsel for the respondent has also conceded the same.
2. By recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall SD/- K.TATARAO DEPUTY REGISTRAR stand closed.
