GP FOR HIGHER EDUCATION The Court made the following: ORDER Sri K.Venugopal Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the petitioners are not in touch with him since so many years. 2. This shows that the petitioners have no interest in prosecuting the matter and therefore, this writ petition can be dismissed for non prosecution. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. If the petitioners fell that cause in this writ petition still survives, they can move an appropriate application within a period of two (02)months. There shall be no order as to costs.
