Also heard Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the accused-applicant, namely, Azibar Rahman, praying for pre-arrest bail in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Golakganj P.S Case No. 153/2025 under Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021. Vide an order dated 21.07.2025, a Coordinate Bench of this Court has already granted interim bail to the accused-applicant and the accused-applicant has already appeared before the I.O. and got his statements recorded. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide C.S. No. 166/2025 dated 01.08.2025. In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into fact that the accused- applicant has already appeared before the I.O., this Court is of the view that the interim order dated 21.07.2025 is made absolute with a direction that the accused-applicant shall appear before the learned Trial Court as and when a notice for such appearance is received by him.
