Heard the parties.
2.
This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Kandi P.S. Case No.24 of 2024, for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 and 34 IPC. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned J.M. 1st Class, Garhwa.
3.
Learned A.P.P. representing the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
4.
There is an allegation of assault by the petitioners by lathi, danda, as a result of which the informant party sustained grievous injuries.
5.
Consider the fact that the petitioners have assaulted the informant party, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6.
Accordingly, this Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.

7.
The petitioners should appear before the Court concerned and pray for grant of regular bail. If they file application for regular bail, their cases will be considered as per its own merit, also considering the fact that one of the petitioners is a female.
