1. There is a delay of 382 days in preferring the appeal. However, the appellants are not represented. Even on the earlier occasion, none had appeared on behalf of the appellants. The respondents were represented all throughout.
2. In view of our order dated 21st August, 2025, the application for condonation of delay, being CAN 1 of 2025, is dismissed for default.
3. In view of such dismissal, the appeal and the application are also stand dismissed as time barred.
