Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam and Mr. S. Nawaz, learned Amicus Curiae for the respondent No.2. 2. This is the second bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 by the petitioner, Abdul Barek after rejection of the earlier one. 3. I have perused the scanned copy of the Trial Court records. 4. This Court is of the opinion that at this stage the petitioner is not entitled to be released on bail. 5. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is rejected and disposed of accordingly. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
