Heard Sri P.Karthik, learned counsel representing Smt. Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri B.V.Satyanarayana, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents 1 to 5. 2. The notice in respect of the respondents 6 to 8 is dispensed with since no adverse order is passed affecting the right or interest of the respondents 6 to 8. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that the 2nd respondent is not disposing of the representation filed by them under Section 9 of the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books, 1971. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the representation is registered on the file of the 2nd respondent. The 2nd respondent will dispose of the representation strictly as per the law. 5. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioners, by giving an opportunity of hearing to all the petitioners as well as respondents 6 to 8, keeping in view the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh
