The appellant, Oriental Insurance Company Limited, is represented by its duly authorized officials, namely, Mr. R. K. K. Sinha, Regional Manager, and R. C. Pathak, Manager. The claimant, namely, Rashen Ali @ Roshen Ali, is present in person along with his engaged counsel, Mr. M. Khan. It is submitted that the total awarded amount is Rs. 77,330/- (Rupees seventy seven thousand three hundred thirty) only. After negotiation, both the parties have mutually agreed to settle the matter for a sum of Rs. 77,000/- (Rupees seventy seven thousand) only as a full and final settlement of the claim. Accordingly, the appellant/Oriental Insurance Company Limited is hereby directed to deposit the said additional amount of Rs. 77,000/- (Rupees seventy seven thousand) only before the Registry of this Court within 1 (one) month from the date of the order and the claimant, namely, Rashen Ali @ Roshen Ali, is permitted to withdraw the same on being proper verification and identification.
