But the same has not been tagged along with this case, so far. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, this Court, while verifying the same, it is represented that the W.P.No.16566 of 2016 has already been dismissed as Infructuous by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2024. Hence, the cause of action in the writ petition does not survive and it has become infructuous. 3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. No costs. 4.
