JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Judgment 19/03/2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has applied for the post of Technical helper under OBC category. It is further submitted that petitioner has appeared in the written examination conducted by the respondents for the said post. Further, it is submitted that due to filling of incorrect code of question book, respondents have withheld the result of the petitioner with the remark “Invalid QP Code”. Lastly, it is submitted that petitioner has filed representation before the respondents for correcting the QP code. (2 of 2) [CW-5016/2015] Learned counsel for the respondents has not refuted the above said fact, however, submitted that the said fact cannot be entertained by this Court in absence of the OMR result. Considering the fact and circumstances of the case, taking note of the fact that matter pertains to the Year 2015, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition.
