The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ranchi Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 69, 115(2) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner and the informant came into contact through the social media and they were became friends and friendship had developed. She further submits that petitioner and the informant had gone to different places. She further submits that the allegations have been made that the physical relationship was established on the pretext of marriage. She also submits that informant aged about 32 years and the said relationship was established in 2024, whereas the FIR has been filed on 28.07.2025. 2025:JHHC:30563 2 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that allegations are there of denying the marriage after establishing the relationship. 5. Considering that the allegation is made of not marrying. However, the relationship was established on 2024 and FIR has been lodged on 28.07.2025 and on their own wish, petitioner and the informant have gone to different places and attending the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the above-named petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Ranchi Mahila P.S. Case No. 23 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Sanjay Kumar Dwivedi, J.) Dated: 26th September, 2025 Simran/
