Notice of respondents 6 to 13 is disposed of SRS,J W.P.No.18911 of 2025 since no adverse orders are passed against the rights and interests of respondents 6 to 13. 2. The petitioner filed a statutory appeal under Section 5(B) & 5 (5) of the Andhra Pradehs Rights in Land and Pattadhar Pass Books Act, 1971 r/w Rule 22(7) of the Andhra Pradesh Records of Land of Pattadar Pass Book Rules, 1989, on the file of respondent No.3, wherein the appellate authority assigned number as Revenue Appeal No.248 of 2023. However, respondent No.3 has not disposed of the appeal. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that Section 5 of the Act was amended by the Act, 2025. As per the amendment Act, the appellate jurisdiction is conferred on the Revenue Divisional Officer – respondent No.4 herein. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the Revenue Divisional Officer will dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing respondent No.4 to dispose of the Revenue Appeal No.248 of 2023 filed by the petitioner, strictly as per law, within three (03) months. No order as to costs.
