State of U.P. and others) arising out of Case No.128 of 2020 (Santosh Vs. Ashutosh) as well as order dated 09.12.2024 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division) Fast Track Court, Room No.2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 582 B.N.S.S. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
