Learned counsel for petitioner/wife, however, assures that every effort would be made to wrap-up the cross-examination, as expeditiously as possible, and, there would not be any irrelevant asking of questions but if, despite making best effort, the cross-examination is not concluded on the given date, it will be ensured that it would be continued on the very next day so that there is no delay in the concluding cross-examination. 8. On the basis of such assurance given by learned counsel for petitioner/wife, no directions or clarifications seem required. 9. However, learned Local Commissioner has fixed up the cross-examination on 28.08.2025 at 2:00 pm and, if it is convenient to everyone i.e. the concerned witness, the learned Local Commissioner and learned counsel for the parties, let such cross-examination, instead, start at 10:00 a.m. 10.
