Petitioner made an F-Line Application vide Application NO.FSNV012500662450 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P1), to conduct a survey and fix boundaries in respect of Ac.3.16 Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapuramu District. However, the respondents 3 cents in Sy.No.286-3 of Madigubba 3 to 5 failed to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries. Hence, the above writ petition has been filed. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the respondents 3 to 5 will act upon the F-Line Application made by the petitioner vide Application No.FSNV012500662450 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P1), in respect of Ac.3.16 cents in Sy.No.286-3 of Madigubba Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapuramu District. Given the facts and circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of, at the admission stage, with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the F-Line Application made by the petitioner vide Application No.FSNV012500662450 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P1), to conduct a survey and fix the boundaries, by following the procedure mandated under the Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
