GP FOR REGISTRATION AND STAMPS The Court made the following ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri Bandi Srihari, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. Learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instructions dated: 07.01.2025 along with certain documents furnished by the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur (Respondent No.2). Copies of the same are supplied to the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioners and the same are taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Representation of the Writ Petitioners dated: 17.05.2022 (Ex.P.1) is under consideration and the same will be disposed of expeditiously, in accordance with law. 4. Having regard to the contents of the Written Instructions and the facts of this case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition at the admission stage, without going into merit, directing the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur (Respondent No.2) to consider the Representation of the Writ Petitioners and dispose of the same by passing a Final Order in accordance with law within a period of fourteen (14) weeks and convey a copy of such Order to the Writ Petitioners forthwith. 5. Needless to state that the Respondent No.2 is statutorily obligated to follow the Principles of Natural Justice by issuing Advance Notices to the Writ Petitioners, consider their submissions/objections and documents, if any, before passing the Final Order. 3 6. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs. 7.
