The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following reliefs:- “10.1 this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent no.3 (Ayush University) to consider the case of petitioner and allow the petitioner for appearing in M.B.B.S Final Part-1 examination and evaluate the answer sheet of the petitioner along with declaration of result and also grant the degree of M.B.B.S course to the petitioner. 10.2 this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief(s)/ writ(s), order(s) in favour of the petitioner, which the Hon'ble Court deemed fit & just in the facts & circumstances of the case, including awarding of the costs to the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that pursuant to the interim order dated 1.10.2020, the petitioner pursued his studies and completed the MBBS Course in the year 2022 from Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences & Ayush University, Raipur. He would further submit that the petitioner was initially studying at Chhattisgarh Institute of Medical Sciences (CIMS), Bilaspur, which was subsequently taken over by Ayush University. He would also submit that the petitioner completed his studies in the year 2022, but till date, the degree has not been issued. He would pray for a direction to respondent No.3 to issue the degree for the MBBS examination of the year 2021-22 to the 3 petitioner. 4. On the other hand, learned counsels for the respondents would oppose the submissions made by counsel for the petitioner. 5. Heard. 6. Taking into consideration the fact that pursuant to the interim order dated 1.10.2020, the petitioner pursued and completed his MBBS course, but the degree has not yet been issued by the concerned Institute, therefore, respondent No.3 is hereby directed to issue the degree for the MBBS course to the petitioner, preferably, within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Respondent No.4 is also directed to transmit all the necessary documents to respondent No.3/Institute. 7.
