The case of the prosecution against the present applicants is based
2 on an FIR lodged by the complainant, Abhilash Yash Singh, wherein it has been alleged that Applicant No. 1 threatened to falsely implicate his father, Anand Ji Singh, in a rape case and further threatened to circulate an obscene video of them. That, the applicant no. 1 is complainant in FIR bearing no. 51/2025 registered at PS Geedam against the father of the complainant in the present crime number and applicant nos. 2 to 4 are sister of the applicant no. 1 respectively. father, brother and sister of the applicant No.1 respectively. 3. It has been argued by the learned counsel for the applicants that the applicants are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant is that the present FIR is nothing but a counterblast to the earlier FIR lodged by Applicant No. 1, Reena Singh, bearing FIR No. 51/2025 registered at Police Station Geedam, District Dantewada (C.G.) against the complainant's father, Anand Ji Singh, for offences punishable under Sections 64(1) and 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita, 2023. He further submits that the prosecution story is a product of malice and is
3 based on vague and unsubstantiated accusations.
The sequence of events and timing of the complaint clearly establish the mala fide intention to falsely implicate the applicants. Therefore, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant. 4.
