The detenue stated and is presently that she has not been restrained by any person and she has been residing with her husband Pohmeru Village of Peddapuram Mandal, on her own. In these circumstances nothing further survives in this writ petition. in 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be order as to costs.
