This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Khalilur Rahman, who has been arrested in connection with Sessions (Special) Case No. 162/2025 corresponding to Bharalumukh P.S. Case No. 113/2025 under Sections 74/75(2)/78(2) of BNS, 2023. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Ms. J. Chanda, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. B.
