Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land of an extent of Ac.0-64 cents in Sy.No.298-2, Ac.1-64 cents in Sy.No.298-6 and Ac.1-64 cents in Sy.No.298-8 3 N total Ac.3-92 cents of Madigubba Revenue Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapuramu District (hereinafter referred to as “subject lands”).. The petitioner made F-line application bearing No.TAFSNV012500662469 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P.1) seeking to conduct a survey and demarcate the boundaries in respect of the subject lands. Fiowever, the respondents 3 to 5 failed to conduct the survey and fix the boundaries. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on oral instructions would submit that the respondents 3 to 5 will take necessary steps regarding conducting of survey in pursuance of Ex.P.1 application made by the petitioner. 3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondents 3 to 5 to consider the F-line application bearing No.TAFSNVOI 2500662469 dated 22.02.2025 (Ex.P.1) made by the petitioner and conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries to the land of an extent of Ac.0-64 cents in Sy.No.298-2 and Ac.1-64 cents in Sy.No.298-6 and Ac.1-64 cents in Sy.No.298-8 total Ac.3-92 cents of Madigubba Revenue Village, Atmakur Mandal, Anantapuramu District by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners strictly per the A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No order as to costs. 4. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
