This application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 has been filed by the petitioner, namely, Tafajjul Hoque, who was shown arrested in connection Page No.# 2/2 with Dheklajuli P.S. Case No. 238/2025 under Sections 305/331(4)/3(5) of BNS, 2023. Earlier, the bail application being Bail Appl. No. 3470/2025 filed on behalf of the petitioner was rejected vide Order dated 07.11.2025 by this Court after perusal of the Case Diary. It is noted in the said order that as per the Case Diary, there is sufficient material against him. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that considering the length of detention of 78 days, further detention may not be necessary. Having regard to the aforesaid length of detention, prayer for bail is allowed. Accordingly, the petitioner named above shall be released on bail on furnishing a bond of Rs. 50,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Elaka Magistrate in connection with the aforementioned case. It is further provided that the petitioner shall co-operate with the investigation and shall not try to influence the witnesses or tamper with the evidence. It is also provided that the petitioner shall not leave the District without prior permission of the learned Elaka Magistrate. The Bail Application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
