Counsel for respondent No.3-Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur has placed on record a copy of Office Order dated 17.01.2026, whereby the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh has regularized the services of the petitioner and re-fixed his pay in supersession of his earlier order and of his previous fixation, in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.2520-4140 w.e.f. 01.04.2004 on notional basis. 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Keeping in view the order dated 31.08.2016, passed by the erstwhile Himachal Pradesh Administrative Tribunal Shimla in O.A. No.4328 of 2016, titled Rattan Chand Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, the effect has to be given as per the terms of the Himachal Pradesh Government notification dated 15.12.2011 and the financial benefits would be given w.e.f. 01.09.2013. 3. Accordingly, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such with a direction to the respondents-State the amount will be disbursed within a period of two months from today. It has to be noticed that the financial benefits will be restricted of three months from the date of the decision, as per the notification. 4.
