Al to A4 confessed about the I'nVOIVement Of A5 to A9 in the offence. The contraband was seized under cover of a mediators report and a case has been registered against the accused. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5, A perusal of the material on record goes tO Show that basing on the confessional statement Of Al to A4, the name of the petitioner herein was shown as accused No.8 in the present crime. Except the confessional statement of CO-accused, there a----c`-t3 ~-----.-i--- 3_ultL- 3 f/ is no other material to connect the petitioner herein to the alleged crime. Pursuant to the confessional Statement, nothing has been seized from the possession of the petitioner herein. petitioner was arrested on 01.ll.2024 and since then the is in judicial remand. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that entire investigation was completed and charge sheet was also filed, but on a later date the said charge sheet was returned.
