On the last date i.e. 30-06-2026, Ms. Z.E.Nongkynrih, learned GA on behalf of the State respondents has submitted that as per instructions received, approval had been obtained for appointment of the writ petitioner to a suitable Grade III Post. 2. Today, Ms. Z.E.Nongkynrih, learned GA submits that the issuance of formal appointment orders is awaiting the receipt of police verification report with regard to the writ petitioner. 3. On these submissions, Mr. H.R.Nath, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the matter may be closed by directing that the appointment order be issued preferably within a period of four weeks. 2026:MLHC:723 3 4.
