Rupachandra, learned senior counsel appeared on behalf of the petitioners and the submitted that the petitioners may be granted liberty to challenge the said order dated 03.02.2026 issued by the respondents. In view of the submission made above, the present contempt case is hereby closed. Needless to mention here that the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the said compliance order dated 03.02.2026 by filing appropriate writ petition.
