Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are not 3. concluding the investigation and filing the charge sheet with regard to FIR No.780 of 2024. Learned counsel would further submit that despite the order passed in W.P. No.6454 of 2025 dated 18.03.2025, the police have not yet finalized the case. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court 4. may pass appropriate orders. As can be seen from the order dated 18.03.2025 in W.P. No.6454 of 5. 2025, as rightly pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is represented that the incident relates to the year 2015, but the crime was 4 registered in the year 2024. However, the police have so far recorded the statements of four witnesses, and they may file the charge sheet within a period of two months. Considering the submissions made, this writ petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed to conclude the investigation and file a report in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
