This writ petition has been filed by one Smt. Kamla Devi. She states that she is neither the borrower nor the guarantor in the instant case but she, as a good gesture, would like to deposit the entire amount with the respondent-Bank. 3. If that is the case, the petitioner may approach the respondent no.3 by means of a representation and the respondent no.3 shall give a personal hearing to the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner can deposit the amount, then she may be permitted to deposit the amount.
