Borah, learned counsel for the applicants and also heard Ms. P. Das, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department. This interlocutory application is preferred by four applicants, namely, Paramananda Lahan, Pradip Chetry, Ms. Protiva Dutta and Bhagyabati Rajkonwar for striking out their names from the array of petitioners in the WP(C) No.4795/2024. Mr. Borah, learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants are not willing to pursue the WP(C) No.4795/2024 and as such, their names may be struck off from the array of petitioners in the WP(C) No.4795/2024. Page No.# 3/3 Ms. Das, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department submits that she has no objection. Accordingly, taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this interlocutory application stands allowed. The names of applicants, namely, Paramananda Lahan (petitioner No.18), Pradip Chetry (petitioner No.17), Ms. Protiva Dutta (petitioner No.2) and Bhagyabati Rajkonwar (petitioner No.3) be struck off from the array of petitioners in the WP(C) No.4795/2024.
