It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed as fair price 2. I shop dealer on permanent basis by the respondent No.2. It is further stated in the affidavit filed in support of the present writ petition that the respondent No.3 inspected the shop of the petitioner on 06.07.2024 and found certain variations. Based on the report dated 06.07.2024, a show cause notice dated 30.07.2024 was issued to the petitioner calling for explanation as to why the dealership of the petitioner shall not be cancelled. Upon receipt of the same. the petitioner submitted explanation dated 02.08.2024. After considering the explanation offered by the petitioner, the impugned order came to be passed where under the authorization of the petitioner was suspended. Challenging the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant 3. Government Pleader for Civil Supplies. Perused the material available on record. In view of the orders passed in the earlier W.P.No.11955 of 2025, 4. no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and respondent No.2 is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of one (01) month from today. It is needless to mention, in the event of failure to 4 complete the said enquiry within one (01) month, the impugned order dated 05.08.2024 shall stand suspended. 5. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed. Sd/- M.
