The applicants/ SECL filed this application for extension of time to comply with the order dated 10/03/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1309/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that this Court vide order dated 10/03/2025 directed the SECL to consider and decide the representation submitted by the non-applicant/ writ petitioner within a period of 60 days. He would submit that for considering the representation of the writ petitioner, the authorities of the SECL have to obtain certain information from the State authorities. Therefore, some time may be granted for compliance of the aforesaid order. 3. Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, the instant MCC is allowed and further 50 days’ time is granted to the applicants to comply with the order dated 10/03/2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 1309/2025.
