Present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner inter-alia with the prayer to direct the licensing authority-District Magistrate, Rampur to consider the application submitted by him for grant of firearm license. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State- respondents placed before this Court decision taken by the authority concerned dated 30.04.2025 by which the aforesaid application has been rejected, copy of the same is taken on record. 3. After going through the same, prayer has been made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that present writ petition has become infructuous. 4. In view of the aforesaid, present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. 5.
