By way of the present writ petition, the petitioner herein - the mother Minaben Bhavsangbhai Nadoda has prayed for writ of habeas corpus wherein she has prayed to produce her daughter Kinjalben aged 18 years on the ground that she is in illegal custody of the respondent no.3. 2. Notice was issued on 07.04.2025. The corpus R/SCR.A/4889/2025 ORDER DATED: 12/06/2025 and the respondent no.5 remained present before the Court on 21.04.2025. By order dated 25.04.2025, the corpus was permitted to go along with the respondent no.3 with an assurance that if on the next date, necessary formalities with respect to customary divorce would not conclude, the corpus would voluntarily reside with her mother. 3. On 08.05.2025, the respondent no.3 placed on record a notarized affidavit duly signed by the respondent no.3 and Nilamben Rawal, wherein the parties in the presence of panchas entered into customary divorce. 4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing at 2:30 p.m. in the chamber, the corpus Kinjalben is not willing to join her mother Minaben. 5. In light of the aforesaid, recording the presence R/SCR.A/4889/2025 ORDER DATED: 12/06/2025 of the corpus and her willingness, the present petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. (VAIBHAVI D.
