A perusal of the material on record will indicate that the petitioner was working as Head Master in Sri Channakeshwava Govt., Aided High School, Singasandra. On 19.06.2023, a suo moto complaint came to be registered as an FIR in Crime No.293/2023 against the petitioner/accused No.4 and three other accused persons for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 467 and 468 r/w 34 of IPC. 4.
