At the outset, learned counsel for the parties apprised this Court that now a newly substituted arbitrator Hon’ble Mr. Justice Atul Kumar Jain (Retd.) has already been appointed as sole arbitrator to solve/resolve the dispute between the parties by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Misc. Application No.224/2022 vide order dated 20.09.2024.
