This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“.... a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not acting upon the petitioner complaint dt. 04.12.2020 as per Section 154 (3) of Cr.P.C. is as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the fundamental principles enshrined under Constitution and consequently direct the 2nd respondent

to direct the 3rd respondent to register a crime against the respondents 4 and 5 and investigate into the matter in pursuance of the representation made by the petitioner.”
2. Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, would submit that, the matter is purely of civil nature and the Respondent – Police never interfere with the civil disputes between the parties.
3. Sri N.V.R.Amarnath, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders.
4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies before appropriate forum in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.
