On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Crime No.107 of 2024 has been completed and the final report was filed before the Special Court for POCSO Act, Villupuram on 05.01.2025. 3. In view of the above submission, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent and as such, the question of transfer of investigation does not arise.
