ORDER:
The instant criminal petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ‘Cr.P.C) has been filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.3 and 4, seeking quashment of the proceedings pending against them in FIR No.527 of 2020, dated 07.11.2020, A.S.Nagar Police Station, Vijayawada City registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 417 of IPC and Section 3 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri Samboju Bala Gopal,
learned counsel for the petitioners/Accused Nos. 3 and 4 would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the relief has become infructuous.
3. Ms. K. Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State is in attendance.
5. Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed, since the relief has become infructuous.
