The grievance of the petitioner is that an application made by the NO.TPT202503247173 dated petitioner through PGRS vide grievance 24.03.2025 has not been disposed of by respondent No.4. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made aforementioned application seeking mutation of her name in ROR in extent of Ac.4-31 cents in survey No. 1872/2 of the respect of land to an Kothakota Village and Mandal, Chittoor District. However, respondent No.4 B. has not disposed of the application so far. SRS,J W.P.No.19034of2025 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that respondent No.4 will pass appropriate orders on the petitioner’s application. 4. 5. Given the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, without going into merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side directing respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of aforementioned application (Ex.P1), made by the petitioner, strictly as per the law, within six weeks from today.
