Case No. 159/2025 under Sections Page No.# 2/2 61(2)/103(1) of BNS, 2023. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. P. Thakuria, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application, to which Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5.
