Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record. 2. Pursuant to the order dated 10.03.2025, the corpus, Shushila, has been produced before this Court by Sub-Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Verma (PNO No. 238080479), Police Station New Agra, Commissionerate Agra. 3. Upon examination by the Court, the corpus, Shushila, stated that she is a major and is residing with respondent no. 4 at Kamla Nagar, Agra, out of her own free will. She has also stated that the allegations made in the present petition are unfounded. 4. In light of her voluntary statement, Sub-Inspector Dharmendra Kumar Verma (PNO No. 2380800479), Police Station New Agra, Commissionerate Agra, who escorted the corpus to the Court, is directed to release her forthwith to go with respondent no. 4. 5. In view of the above, the petition is found to be devoid of merit and is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. The legal expenses of Rs. 30,000/- through demand draft bearing No. 000541, dated 08.04.2025, has been handed over to petitioner no. 1-Sushila in the Court itself.
